Open Windows 10 Settings > Devices.

  • Select your device.
  • Remove your device from Other devices and wait a bit.
  • (Restart your computer, optional)
  • Turn the Bluetooth radio off.
  • Turn the Bluetooth radio on again.
  • Pair your device again.
  • Double-check if it's now appearing in the Mouse, keyboard & pen section.

If the above doesn't work repeat these steps and restart your computer where mentioned.

Windows 11
